Overview
Mr. Derosier has 10 years of experience in the management and design of projects related to building and transportation construction as well as dam safety analysis and floodplain/river analysis. His management skills include technical oversight for civil engineering tasks, the coordination with architectural, structural and MEP team members, project scheduling, budgeting, billing, quality assurance and quality control. Specific design experience includes site planning and engineering, zoning analysis, storm water management planning and design, storm and sanitary sewer design, pump station design, utility layout, dam analysis and design, flood control analysis and design and permitting. Project delivery methods include design/bid/build. In addition to civil design his expertise includes cost estimating and value engineering. Mr. Derosier is also a LEED Accredited Professional and incorporates sustainable design methods and concepts into all projects. He is knowledgeable in the USGBC LEED process and is also familiar with the NYCSCA Green Schools Rating System.
